What is Second Shift?
Second Shift is a two-product daily supplement routine built around MORNING and DELOAD. MORNING fits into your existing coffee routine, while DELOAD is taken as two tablets at night. The idea is simple: fewer products, fewer decisions and no complicated supplement stack.
Who is Second Shift for?
Second Shift was designed around the reality of busy working fathers: early mornings, demanding work, training, family life and needing to switch off properly at night. The products are built around three simple priorities: energy, focus and sleep.
What is MORNING?
MORNING is Second Shift's flavourless morning powder, designed to be added to the coffee you already drink. The current formula combines creatine monohydrate, L-theanine, vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 in one daily scoop.
Does MORNING contain caffeine?
No. MORNING does not need added caffeine because it is designed to go into your existing coffee. That means you keep the coffee, roast and caffeine level you already prefer.
Can I add MORNING to coffee?
Yes. That is what MORNING is designed for: add one scoop to your usual morning coffee rather than creating another shake, drink or supplement routine to remember.
What is DELOAD?
DELOAD is Second Shift's night-time product. It comes as two tablets, designed to sit alongside the end of your existing evening routine rather than giving you another powder to mix before bed.
How do I take DELOAD?
Take two DELOAD tablets at night according to the directions on the final product label. The point is deliberately simple: two tablets, then carry on with your normal wind-down routine.
Why does Second Shift only make two products?
Because more products would defeat the point. Second Shift is built around reducing supplement clutter and decision fatigue. MORNING covers the start of the day and DELOAD covers the end. Every ingredient has to earn its place.
What ingredients are in Second Shift?
MORNING currently combines creatine monohydrate, L-theanine, vitamin D3 and vitamin K2. DELOAD is being finalised around a simple night-time tablet formula including magnesium bisglycinate. The final ingredient list and doses shown on the product label will always take precedence.
Can I buy these ingredients separately for less?
Yes. Second Shift is not based on pretending commodity ingredients are impossible to buy elsewhere. The value is having a deliberately simple formulation, two products instead of a cupboard full of tubs, and a routine designed around things you already do every day.
Why is Second Shift £55 per month?
The £55 subscription covers MORNING and DELOAD as one complete morning-and-night system, the reusable product canisters and ongoing refills. The proposition is convenience, design and simplicity rather than competing to be the cheapest cost per gram.
Does Second Shift use fillers, GMOs or unnecessary additives?
Second Shift's formulation standard is to avoid unnecessary fillers, artificial colours and ingredients added only to make the label look more impressive. Final non-GMO, excipient and packaging claims will only be made where they are supported by the finished manufacturing specification and supplier documentation.
Can I take Second Shift with medication or a medical condition?

Built by a father who's done it all. And got plenty of it wrong.
